Purchased from the original owner and was stored in the garage since 1993. The bike has not been waxed or detailed, just hand washed. Complete with auxiliary fuel tank and tool kit. This was another year that there was only one color of the CT, it was Tahitian Red. The 1980, CT110 '80 used the larger 105 cc engine, without the dual range sub transmission (a one year only, missing feature). The speedometer trip odometer was not present. This was the first year of the rear cargo rack with a large flat surface. This was the first year of the plastic, square turn signals. On Apr-04-18 at 13:14:53 PDT, seller added the following information: 1980 Honda CT 110 Trail Motorcycle The bike runs excellent and starts first kick. It has 2,781 original miles, and is still in great condition. The original owner of this 1980 Honda CT110 motorcycle purchased the bike in 1980 and kept the registration current until 1993. It has been covered under a Planned Non-Operation status from 1993 to current, and no back fees are due. The bike was stored in-doors until transferring ownership to the second owner, and the Planned Non-Operation was continued. The owner holds a clean pink slip. After receiving the bike, the fuel tank was removed and cleaned and both fuel lines and fuel filters were replaced. Additionally, the carburetor with attached fuel shut-off valve was replaced with a new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) carburetor from OEMSTD. (The original carburetor has been retained, and will be provided to the buyer.) The oil was changed, a new NGK spark plug was installed, and the bike runs excellent, like the first day it was picked up from Honda. The front forks were also removed and cleaned, the fork oil was drained and replaced, and new fork boots were installed. The headlight, brake light, and horn works, and two of the turn signals light, but the blinkers do not flash. This bike is complete with the original canteen gas tank and rear cargo rack, and the original tool kit (located in the compartment next to the battery). One ignition key is included, which also fits the steering lock and the lock for the canteen gas tank. The bike was hand washed to show the beauty of the original Tahitian Red paint, but it has not been detailed or waxed. This is a great street legal bike for road or trail, a quick run to the grocery store, or just putting around the RV Park. The bike rides like new and it would be hard to find a complete CT 90 or 110 bike with the low miles at this price.
