This is a really exceptional and rare survivor car. One of 1,100 LS5's built plus the Z03 Custom Sport Package Extremely early 72 production of Sept 29, 71 in Baltimore Plant Has its original numbers matching 454 with approx 6K miles on complete engine restoration. Although this is a documented 36K mi car, it sat for 20+ years in storage- -so engine was tore down in 2010 at 29K as a precaution. Overall engine condition was excellent- -except for flat CAM- -Snyder Replacement 70 grind/lift All bearings-bore-rings-valves were replaced as standard Hard to find console shifter, bucket seats and gauge package (all on build sheet). Operational Factory G67 level ride (as was installed on SS Cars) Dealer Installed GM front and rear bumper guards (* Several people have tried to argue these are NOT Monte Carlo- -BUT in fact they ARE an extremely rare dealer installed GM item. Introduced in 1971 they are OEM part #'s 6264819 & 21 Bumper Guards.
