This early production 1966 Mustang GT has just been restored to how it originally came from the Ford factory. Look at the closeup pictures and see how beautiful this Mustang is. Nothing else on EBay compares. This car shows pride in workmanship. All original drivetrain including engine and transmission with correct date codes. Original engine block, heads, and intake manifold. Restoration used all correct original colors on the exterior and interior. Original data door tag plate still attached with the original Ford factory rivets. Three inner fenders have matching VIN stamps are them. All original Ford sheet metal including the original floor pans. This California car has never had any rust repairs. Correct San Jose emissions car radiator C4ZE-Z2 Correct original San Jose emissions car Autolite 4100 carburetor C6ZF-E All original restored Ford hardware or if needed new AMK concourse correct hardware. Complete car. No mismatched hardware. All concourse correct FoMoCo stamped hoses, belts, starter relay, radio resistance spark plug wires, correct stamped Autolite Voltage Regulator, battery cables, alternator. Brand new tires, fuel tank and sender, battery, brakes, GT duel exhaust with original hangers. Pick this car up and drive it home anywhere. Everything has been gone through and works excellent. Nothing needed. Ready to be enjoyed. Underside sheet metal body of car was left untouched to show just how nice and solid, and original this Mustang is. Original Ford factory Red Oxide paint is showing through the light undercoating everywhere on the underside as you can see in the pictures. There are NO leaks. Car runs very very cool. All lights work as they should. Choke is fully functional as it came from the factory. All original Ford interior parts other than door & window rubber weatherstripping, seat upholstery, carpet, and headliner. All original stamped Ford sun-x glass including the windshield and all Ford stainless trim. All original Ford radiator, fan, carburetor, air cleaner, exhaust manifolds, pulleys, brackets. All original Ford working smog system including original hoses and clamps. All original Ford GT coil and leaf springs. All original Ford power steering. Original quick ratio 16:1 GT steering box HCC-AW All original Ford GT brake system with the exception of the new concourse correct rubber hoses. Everything has been gone through, rebuilt and restored or if needing replacement was done so with NOS or new concourse correct parts. One picture shows GT dual exhaust hanger plates on the inside of the car before it was restored. This exceptional car looks and drives like new.
