Below are photos of taking the Lincoln out of hibernation A original factory 1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V Convertible. The owner had owned it many years, his pride & joy. Spent its entire life in Los Angeles, California. Was a driver in the 60's & then restored in the 80's, apart of the LCOC Lincoln & Continental Owners Club. The grandfather started the successful moving business, known to come to work in his large Lincoln Convertible. The car has been in the indoor warehouse for decades, regularly started by in house mechanic. After his passing, the grandson put away the Convertible in the unused moving containers. Please to offer to you this really Rare Find & Beautiful Convertible at No Reserve The Lincoln Continental Mark V Convertible pictured here is one of only 2,044 examples produced in 1960, and it is among fewer than 500 surviving examples today. 315 bhp, 430 cu. in. overhead valve V8 engine, single two-barrel carburetor, three-speed automatic transmission, independent front suspension with coil springs and wishbones, live rear axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs, four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 131" Factory Polaris White with Red Interior. Beautiful condition as an older restoration. Its complete and in running / driving condition. New correct battery, rebuilt the original master cylinder as well as the carburetor. Drives around the streets fine, brakes & shifts. Regarding the top, it is in working condition. Works up & down. Driver side taillights lens are cracked and the driver side glass window has a crack. Overall, this Lincoln would be a great car for someone looking for a driver.
