I try to describe everything to the best of my ability and have been selling on eBay almost 20 years buy apparently you can’t please all the people all the time like the guy in Malaysia that couldn’t understand why it costs over $30 to ship a $12 action Figure! Feel free to ask any questions if I may have missed something. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility I will help wherever I can. Will deliver locally for a reasonable fee. Please remember that your bid is a contract to purchase, you are not bidding for the opportunity to come see the vehicle and kick the tires. Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days of auction end and must be picked up within 14 days of auction end. Due to the agreement with our landlord vehicles left over a 14 day period may be subject to a storage charge of $35 per day starting on the 15th day. If this storage charge will apply to you, you will be given notice prior to storage charges beginning to accrue. I’m usually pretty lenient with this rule, however there are certain instances when it must be must be enforced (i.e. vehicle still here 2 months after you won). I understand sometimes shipping companies give people the runaround and I’m not looking to hurt anyone. If you are actively working to get your vehicle shipped, you will most likely not be charged. All buyers MUST make a non-refundable deposit of $250 within 24 hours of auction end via Paypal. This is now a requirement on all my vehicle auctions due to the increased amount of NON-PAYING bidders. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement due to prior bad experiences. If we do not have a deposit or contact from the buyer within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a back up buyer. Remaining payment must be cash (in person), wire transfer or cashier’s check. We do not accept Paypal for payment in full due to the high fees. In addition, eBay will only allow us to accept Paypal for the deposit and requires we select another method of payment for the balance. Vehicle is sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Due diligence is the buyer’s responsibility. Local bidders are encouraged to make an appointment to view the vehicle. Non-Local buyers are encouraged to use a 3rd party inspector. Vehicles may be seen by appointment only! This vehicle is also being advertised for local sale. Auction may end at anytime due to vehicle being sold locally, or if an interested party wants to buy it at the locally advertised price. Bid early and often!! .
