Fantastic condition 2017 Volkswagen Golf R in Limestone Gray equipped with the brilliant DSG dual clutch transmission. Fully optioned including DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) Front Assist, Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Traffic Alert, Park Pilot, Navigation, Fender Audio System, Bluetooth, Satellite Radio, Heated Seats and Dual Zone Automatic Climate Control among many other niceties. The original Pirelli P Zeros had a few thousand miles left but I went ahead and replaced them with a brand new set. No engine modifications ever, just a few tasteful appearance upgrades with the satin silver mirror caps (like Rs in the rest of the world get) and a true carbon fiber engine cover because I thought the motor deserved better than the standard plastic one. The car also has Llumar ceramic window tint and clear film paint protection applied to the entire front and mirror caps. All dealer service is up to date. I've enjoyed the R immensely and wouldn't begin to consider selling it but I'm making a lifestyle change which requires that it needs a new home. I travel and live full-time in a diesel motorhome and the R was my fun set of wheels in which to get around locally wherever I went. It was never towed 4-down - it had its own Aluma trailer on which it rode from place to place. I've decided I want to get to some more remote places so I'm swapping my motorhome for a one ton 4x4 truck with a large four season camper. I pride myself on underselling and overdelivering and I'm happy to say everyone who has ever purchased one of my cars or motorcycles on eBay leaves feedback that it was "better than described." This will be no different. The clear bra has a fingernail-sized rub mark ahead of the left front wheel from a tie down strap for the trailer. The plastic trim around the drivers side door frame has multiple scuffs (pictured) from getting in and out of the car. And there will be a few 13-yr-old yellow Labrador hairs remaining interwoven in the carpet fibers because it's damn near impossible to get them all out. That's it for the negatives. I'm pricing the car with the VW OEM roof bars and matching Thule box. If you don't want them I'll deduct $500 from the final price.
