Very Rare Alfa Romeo GTV-6 with a Low Mileage 3.0 Lt Engine It was a dream of mine to increase the power of my GTV-6 which I bought about 2 years ago so when the old engine started making noise I decided to find a 3.0 Lt engine from a Milano Verde to replace it with. It took me sometime to find one in California with less than 30K miles so I bought it and had it shipped to me and worked with my mechanic to have it installed. It wasn't easy and it took a lot of time and money as we had to install the following to go along with the bigger engine: New High Output Fuel PumpNew High Output Water PumpNew StarterNew timing BeltNew K&N Performance FilterNew radiator fan switchNew hood Lining Performance became incredible with a lot of more power reserve at any speed. I was told that installing a MegaSquirt fuel and ignition timing system would substantially increase its performance but I don' have the technical expertise to do it and I can't put more money into the car with a $12,000+ spent so far.
