Up for sale is my 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 Purchased from the Midwest ... As you know, these vehicles run forever! This vehicle has never seen a NY Winter nor has it been exposed to NY salty roads. Pretty solid considering it's age. There are a few spots as pictured that would need some attention, but again it is 27 years old. This is a unique vehicle that seems to be a real crowd pleaser based on the amount of attention it gets! If you are an enthusiast, then you know how hard it is to find one that is solid with minimal work required to get it to a good place. I purchased the vehicle from Illinois this past summer with hopes of restoring it! After dropping $1400 into it, I received a bill from our attorney. Life happens and a divorce forces the sale. Things to know.... If I were to keep it, I would put a safari rack or lights on the top as the holes are already there from the past owner. The cruiser also needs other minor things. Needs emergency brake, front brakes, muffler (something inside muffler rattles) etc. passenger mirror which comes painted from the dealer for $200 and some other odds and ends. Passenger window is intermittent and the speedometer is currently not working. The back passenger window is not working and the rear trunk hatch needs some attention because it is not opening...I haven't even really messed with it due to time constraints. The previous owner had lights mounted to the roof and the hood and removed them before the sale....see pictures. The rear bumper is pushed in on the drivers side and can be pulled / heated and straightened. The passenger rear window will most likely need a window regulator. Keep in mind that this is a 27 year old vehicle and I have priced it to sell quick with a LOW buy it now option ...
