The Mercedes Benz 2.7L inline 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine is a well known "million miler". 2006 was the last year that this rugged and easy to service engine was available before emissions forced the swap to the tempermental and overly complicated 3.0L V6 engine. Needless to say, the engine in this particular van fires to life instantly and runs strong and smooth . It is not even broken in yet. The entire exhaust system underneith the vehicle appears new. The 5-speed automatic transmission shifts perfectly. This van tracks straight down the road and steers and stops perfectly . Cosmetically, this van looks stunning. There are no dents or damage to the body. . The interior shows very nicely. The leather bucket seats have no wear marks or burns. There are no odors inside. The A/C blows ice cold.
