For bid is a 1999 Ford Windstar van. It runs and drives good, but there are some issues, so please read! The following do NOT work: taillights, high beams, horn, front turn signals. The headlights stay on all the time so you have to disconnect the battery when you park it. The A/C is not working. The vehicle was NOT flooded during Hurricane Harvey. Due to the age and condition of this van, there may be other issues that I don't know about. So I am selling as is with no guarantees on anything. I'm selling it as a fixer upper or project. I have a clear Texas title, but it's in the previous owner's name. My friend gave it to me, and I don't plan on keeping it, so there was no point in me paying to get a title in my name. The previous owner has signed the title in the correct places. I'm keeping the license plates. Why? Because in the past I sold a car with plates and I received 2 red light camera tickets that the new owner commited, and it was a big headache. It has ONE key.
