Vehicle Detail

Supercharged Bonneville with less than 100K miles offered at no reserve! It belongs to a close friend of mine and I have done the maintenance on it over the last couple of years so I'm very familiar with it. He recently got a new car to Uber with now and doesn't want to put any time or money in this one. This is a solid car that will make someone a nice ride if they put a little work in it. It does run and drive but it does have an engine code of a cylinder #6 misfire. If you wiggle the plug wire it changes how it runs (smoothly in the right position) so it obviously needs a set of plug wires and the plugs look to be the originals and should be changed. The ignition control module and coils were replaced about a year and a half ago when it first had a little ignition sputter. It's not terrible to drive now, but it doesn't accelerate as smoothly as it should with an intermittent misfire. Ideally it would be trailored home but could be driven in a pinch maybe if someone was following you. It also has a battery drain that I have not found and is operating on a kill switch (battery cut off) currently, thus the back seat has been removed for access. The alternator is putting out strong at 13.5 Volts and the battery is new but if you don't unhook it it will die after a few days. The fuel gauge is not accurate at all and he had kept track of his mileage and topped it off frequently. Otherwise it is mechanically sound with cold air, good brakes, decent tires (front about 50%, rear 70%), solid suspension. The exterior of the car looks decent from 20 feet but has some issues. There is some paint fading on the trunk, roof, and hood with surface scratches and dull marks around but nothing terrible. The hood has rust bubbles on the front lip and the rear trunk lid has a corner rusted out where the tail light cover came loose an funneled water down in to it. There is no water in the trunk or rust, only the corner of the trunk lid (i took pics of both). The trunk carpet was replaced with a cut piece of house carpet at some point when he spilled a can of paint in it. The leather interior has some age cracking but no through rips. The dash and door panels are solid with no cracks. The cig lighter in the back seat doesn't work and is hanging out. All the rest of the electrical stuff works properly and it has power everything. Sold with a clear Florida Title and Bill of Sale with no issues. I have tried hard to describe everything I know about the car both good and bad, and I want the buyer to know exactly what he or she is getting and be happy with it here. I have sold many cars on ebay and will sell this one right here as an absolute auction with no reserve so bid with confidence. There will be no selling it offline, taking it down at the last minute, or any other funny stuff so if you want it just bid. There is a $250 deposit due immediately after auction and the remainder must be paid within 3 days of auction close. If you need more time to pick up the car I am willing to work with you but the balance must be paid within the 3 days via wire transfer or cash in person, or even paypal if you cover the fees. No checks or cashiers checks. Someone will get a great car here if they put a little into it. Good luck and thanks for bidding!
