Vehicle Detail

1987 Porsche 944S for parts or repair. This car was running great till it threw a timing belt a couple years ago. I had planned on rebuilding it but never got the chance with school. Now I'm moving on to grad school and need to let it go, I know I'll never get around to it. The car has remained under a car cover in my backyard. Teeth slipped at the crank, not cam, 4 valves (4/16) were in the open position, the engine is interference and likely took those out. Only took the valve cover off to inspect where the valves were based on cam positions so I don't know if there was any other damage. There is no rust I can see on the body, the body is mostly straight but for a dent in the passenger rear fender shown in the pictures, a small dent on the passenger side headlight, and sagging front bumper/rear bumper trim (minor hardware meant to hold them straight is gone). The interior is not in great shape, though the rear seats almost look perfect. Missing its radio though the speakers all work, I had an aftermarket radio installed that I removed. This car is equipped with an upgraded adjustable Koni Yellow suspension all around(springs/shocks/struts), this lowered the car 35mm and is worth about $1k new today. The front bumper (from before my ownership) may have been replaced as there appears to be red showing through in one corner (not sure if it's possible Porsche used a red primer). On Nov-08-17 at 15:38:06 PST, seller added the following information: Edit/Update: After seeing the eBay provided AutoCheck I wanted to provide an update. It seems like the rear fender damage pictured is one of the collisions reported on AutoCheck, and the front bumper I described (having red showing through in spots) is from the repair of the other collision that was reported. Also I wanted to quickly make clear that while I describe the body itself as fairly straight aside from the described issues, if one does intend to fully restore the vehicle it will need a paint job; The clear coat is flaking off in places.
