FINAL NO RESERVE AUCTION Myst is a 45 Ketch built by Charley Morgan who built only 12 copies of the boat for racing before selling the molds to Starrat and Jenks of St Petersburg Florida. The original owner Gideon finished Mysti in 1982 after 2 years in the yard. She was originally designed to race and can easily be single handed but yet She has a large cockpit keeping you safe and dry in all sailing conditions, two bench seats in the cockpit and a rear seat allow room for up to six passengers in the cockpit area, coming down the entry way She is spacious with a captains chart desk to port and a full stand up room bathroom to starboard with two sofas one port and one starboard She has a forward birth and aft birth and a separate shower towards the front before the forward birth . In good+ shape this is a $150,000 sailboat. She has a Yanmar 3jh2e motor with 38hp RPM3800 Borg Warner Velvet Drive 1:1 Completely Overhauled in 2008 and starts and runs very well. 2 Brand new batteries. (this is causing some leakage and will need to be addressed) but does not affect sailing ability . Pillows and mattresses are Needing re-upholstery but usable. I purchased $1000.00 in sunbrella material which you can have and is various stages of cutting for refinishing pillows and mattresses . The slip I keep her in is in NEW PORT RICHY FLORIDA and cost $235 a month including electric and water. I can put you in touch with the owner after purchase but it is your responsibility to make arrangements with him. There is no problem performing work on her at the dock and the neighbors are great.
