Selling for my friend who has been staying in it when he comes from his home in Mexico in the summers. He is the second owner, and had never raised the pop-up top until I convinced him that a prospective buyer would want to see it. We found it in very good condition. He never tried the refrigerator so doesn't know if it works. There is some piece of heater hose/duct that is missing so the heater is not working (being here only in summer, he didn't bother to fix it). The radio works fine, and has a separate equalizer in the glove compartment. The lights all work -- something may need adjusting, though, since he says the lights are brighter when the engine is turning faster. The turn signals seem to work when they want to, and make a funny noise. Some part is missing that keeps the hand brake from working. The interior vinyl has always been covered, and is in excellent condition (seats, bed, door liners, etc.). The carpet in the "dining" area has a small hole -- otherwise in good condition.
