This 1966 Chevy Impala Convertible belongs to my retired/former service manager from our Chevrolet dealership. It was his mother's personal car, who purchased it brand new in 1966, where this Impala spent almost all of its entire life in the Sarasota, Florida area. She passed away in 2003, and he shipped it up to our dealership in CT. We did a partial restoration on the car, trying to keep it as original as possible. The car has seen less than 1000 miles since the restoration. The 283 V8 and Powerglide automatic transmission are believed to be original. The factory power convertible top works perfectly. The car was just taken out of storage on 9/23/2017, so we are taking photos in as is condition----before we clean and detail it.... It's in great driver shape as we speak, fires right up, everything works, and has no rust. It has never been advertised on the market before, so this is a new find on the "Impala" national market......If you are looking for a nice driver and don't want to spend $50,000, please take a peek.
