You are looking at a VERY RARE Car according to Mike Haun from Mazda Distribution the total 3rd Generation FD RX7 production 13,879. 1993 total 9976, 1994 total 3403 and 1995 total 500. This car is one of 500, only 69 were made in Vintage Red with the PEP (Popular Equipment Package) and manual Transmission so 1 of 69. This is a VERY RARE car. It is sad to note that many experts believe there are fewer than 6000 3rd Gen RX7 remaining. That number is difficult to verify but likely true. So many of these 3ed Gen cars were totaled or not properly cared for or modified to the point of no return. This car is an extremely good value, in my opinion nothing comes close to the look or performance for many times the price. Also I think this car is likely to appreciate based on its desirability and rarity. The Timeless Shape is breathtakingly beautiful. Sequential Twin Turbo Chargers, 13B-REW Rotary over 255HP (maybe a little more) makes this car amazingly fast. That is REAL QUICK, not just high speed but get there now. Many people at stop lights will try to get you to race or video you driving. With an ultralight body, near 50/50 weight distribution and a low center of gravity the handling is regarded as world-class, and it is still regarded as being one of the finest handling and the best balanced cars of all time. This 1995 Mazda RX7 is a fantastic condition 3 adult owner lower millage example. The car looks incredible inside and out, not new but more consistent with a low millage 2 or 3 year old car. The tasteful modifications have been implemented to a very high standard. The car is very fast and reliable. It gets noticed and complements every time I take it out for a drive. I have the car in my garage and can take additional pictures if you require. The first owner lived in Ohio seconded owner lived in Tennessee. the car spent most of its life in Tennessee. I have owned many sports cars and a two RX7s. I know how to properly maintain an RX-7. I use on oil additive in the gas, oil changes where done every 2,000 miles or sooner. Plugs changed regularly. Greddy Turbo piping. Coolant was flushed. When I bought the car I had the transmission gear oil and rear end oil changed. Fuel filter has been changed twice since I have owned it. Mazda dealers had done most the work including the Zoom Zoom treatment twice since I have owned it to keep the Carbon buildup down. Included in the sale are some of the receipts I have found for more of expensive maintenance done. No 5th Gear grind. I expected to keep this as a weekend driver but sadly I can't seem to find time to take it out these days. I believe its time to sell the car so someone else can enjoy it and drive it more than me. Lots of Original paper work included in sale! The vehicle is currently located about 40 miles southwest of Chicago. Compression test just done by Mazda Front Rotor 7.2, 7.1, 7.3. Rear Rotor 7.5, 8.3, 8.3. A/C blows ice cold. Clean Carfax report! The bad: power antenna slightly bent but still work, I have noticed some oil spots on the garage floor very minor, windshield wiper spay hoses need to be hooked back up (I had a vented hood on it for a while to reduce engine bay heat). The FD RX-7 also made Car and Driver's Ten Best list for 1993 through 1995, for every year in which it was sold state-side. The FD RX-7 was Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year. When Playboy first reviewed the FD RX-7 in 1993, they tested it in the same issue as the new Dodge Viper. In that issue, Playboy declared the RX-7 to be the better of the two cars.
