This listing is for my 1963 Ford Thunderbird. Car is rust free and in great running condition. Interior is very good. Dash has cracks on it. The cars Rose Beige paint job is toast. It is a lacquer paint job that just did not hold up. There is peeling of paint on the passenger door. The car will need a repaint. Car has an original type exhaust with all the correct mufflers and resonators installed. Tires are American Classics and are in good condition. Odometer is reading 65,000 miles, which I believe is accurate due to the cars mechanical condition. Car steers, brakes and shifts as it should. I had just put a new battery in it. One thing, if the car is not started regularly and allowed to sit too long, it has a lifter that drains down and the car will idle unevenly. The car has to run a few minutes and must set awhile to allow the oil in the galley to fill the lifter, then idles normally. I've read on various forums that this is common in FE motors. Other than the paint, this is a good rust free car with an excellent interior, and in great mechanical condition. Car is for sale locally and this listing may be pulled if sold.
