Selling this car for my 70 year old mother. This beautifully kept Eldorado V8 ETC coupe was always cherished.It was bought from the first owner in Florida in early 2000's. Since then it was my moms special occasion car in rural Virginia, going to ladies lunches, garden parties, Sunday church etc... It was never a daily driver for her she used her Mercedes for that. Being an anti communist eastern European immigrant it was always a young girl dream of her's to own a Cadillac one day as back then Cadillac was the height of success in America. She liked that this was the last of the Eldorado large luxury 2 door coupes with a real historic model name. This format of car is the last of a now dead breed of once popular American cruising car. Car was always garaged, was just freshly detailed. This engine pulls strong! It is the top spec ETC touring version. 300+HP with traction control and stability control. This car displays any problems writing out any warnings on the dash, no dead pixels. As you can see nothing is currently being alerted to be addressed on the started up dash pic. This car was garaged. No real dents I can see. Being a rural Virginia pleasure 2nd car the wear and tear is way less the way she used the car. No stop and go suburban or urban traffic, everything is at least 10 miles away so engine oil always fully got up to temp cruising country roads at 40-60mph, no little short trips, smooth roads around here and mild winters but my mom always took her AWD Benz if there was rain or snow at all so no underbody rust or beat up suspension. This car drives and floats down the road pillow soft like what Caddilac was known for yet handles well when needed, they don't drive like this anymore. Drives straight brakes perfect, shifts smooth. Car has sat last year or 2 with occasional start ups and running. My parents have retired back to Europe so it's time to let this go although my mom wanted to keep this car forever and maintained it as such she is reluctantly selling it. She was ready to ship it to Europe but I convinced her taxes and gas prices on a fairly big V8 engine would not make sense in Europe. As you can see from the recommended Michelin grand touring tires for this car that are fairly new nothing was cheaped out on when it came to replacing parts or doing any needed repairs by local Cadillac dealership that are always surprised how clean this car is. Lowish miles for the year this car has lots of life left in it 100,000+miles without anything major being needed probably besides regular minor services. Premium fuel used always with some techron cleaner here and there for good measure keeping fuel system clean. Overly frequent full synthetic oil changes as it would never even reach 3,000 to 5,000 miles but she wanted to change oil twice a year anyway before she stored it for winter and in the middle of driving season. Trans,coolant,brake fluid dif flushes as well as needed and recommended. Pretty sure she got screwed overly maintaining this car with doing anything that was recommended, but they liked her at the dealership and took care of her, she'd always bring them little presents. In her head this car was worth way more to her then it really is in reality but for her it was for emotional reasons that she loved this car so much. She really enjoyed her use of it and driving it and enjoyed people telling her how unique and fairly rare this car was and how nice it was to see a nice one still on the road so shiny and clean almost new looking. Many people think it looks like a much newer model year car if they are not experts on these. Nice chrome wheels no curb rash! This car presents better then most I've seen. If your in the market for one of these this is the one. White metallic shows beautiful in the sun. Pics are from a cloudy day. Nice coat of wax all the water beads up on this car.
