1975 BMW R90/6 Up for sale is my exceptional 1975 BMW R90/6. This is NOT your run of the mill R90... This bike has been displayed in the lobby of my business for the last few years, this bike is like art. Meticulous, clean and gorgeous to look at. I have the original the service record notes beginning when it was purchase March 22, 1975. Current original mileage is 22,888. This may change, I love this bike am still riding it when I can. Just rode it to show last week. Over the last few years, every seal and every O-ring has been updated and replaced by certified BMW mechanics. Every part replaced was replaced with NOS parts or restored. The bike is spectacular! Spectacular to look at, spectacular to ride. Stands out at every show I’ve been to and is a dream for the weekend travels. Here is a list of updated items: All new brakes, New clutch, All splines serviced, All fluids recently changed using all BMW products. New Foot Pegs front and rear New Petcocks All New Reflectors, New Steering Dampener, New Spark Plugs and Wires All New Cables including Tach and Speedometer New Rims front and rear with Stainless Steel Spokes New Metzeler Tires front and rear Rebuilt carbs with updated brass float kits to handle ethanol fuel. Original Tool Tray with Original BMW Tools and Tool Bag Exhaust is in perfect condition with the normal BMW bluing New sealed batter with Battery Tender pigtail in place. Totally restored Wixom Bags Custom Corbin Seat And Oil Temp Gauge All body parts were removed, stripped and professionally painted along with the frame. Paint work and Pin Stripe are excellent! The paint is near flawless and so clean you could shave in it. All the chrome is excellent, zero rust, not even tarnished. All the aluminum is polished. Low rise handlebars and S style fairing. There are ZERO oil leaks, you can park this in your kitchen, if you like. Bike has always started right up, idles smoothly and runs like a sewing machine. Surprisingly comfortable to ride.
