This is a long story but it will benefit the buyer of good car. I bought this car sight unseen other than pictures. The seller told me it runs and drives great. The car was in California and I am in Southern Indiana. I bought it and had it shipped to me. When it arrived it was missing the battery, and center caps. The car would not start because of the security system. I replaced both computers (PCM and the BCM). I had to have the PCM programmed. I also had to buy a new battery. After doing this I had to go through a key learn process so the car would start. The car now starts and runs great. I put the car into gear and it would only sometimes engage and move. When it clicks into gear it has no transmission whining and moves perfectly. It has a P1810 Fault code (google it). I have talked to people and the consistently tell me DO NOT replace the transmission it is the Transmission Pressure Switch. (ebay 34.50). I am terrified to have this towed to our local transmission shop because they do not have a good reputation. I live in a small town and there is really no where else close by to do this. I have around $5000.00 into this car and it would make a nice car for someone who wanted to finish the job. I will this go with a bid at $1500.00 or over and I am eating the huge loss. This is not a new car but it runs good it has low miles and needs someone to get it back on the road. It has good tires and a full size spare.
