1970 Jeepster Commando. 231 Odd Fire V6, turbo 400, 3.31 axle ratio. The engine has a GM HEI conversion. Has a saginaw power steering conversion. Dual exhaust. Originally orange, was repainted in/out yellow some time ago. Complete Jeep, has roof rack and rear wind deflector. Missing rear seat. Does have some rust but not bad given the year and for being outside. The roof does unbolt so you can go topless.Someone in the past replaced the 225 v6 with a newer 231 v6. I do not know the mileage of the jeep.This is an old jeep, it will need attention and maintenance. You should expect this to be a complete project, expect to go through all systems. It does start, I just replaced the intake gasket, rebuilt the carb and changed the oil. Transmission shifts tight, cooling system works great, replaced thermostat and brakes work but I would still recommend towing it home to check it over.
