All documents evidencing the sale will be finally executed and consummated at the dealership premises. 3. Buyers will be responsible for all appropriate state and local taxes, title and registration fees wherever the vehicle is to be titled and registered. 4. The final price will have a document fee of $419.50, and a $274.95 Theft-Protection Fee added, which is to be paid by the Buyer 5. Any shipping arrangements and charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 6.
