Listing this 1988 twin turbo Callaway Corvette convertible.....Runs and drives like it should, but needs a little tlc. Interior plastic trim has some cracks (common problem in 80's), the tail lights don't work, needs a top (plastic window is bad), and dash pad has a crack.....other than that, it is in very good condition. It is #16 of 120 for that year, as a little over 400 callaways were produced over 4 years. Has 55k miles, callaway magnesium wheels with almost new tires, 2 year old battery, and lots of paper work, brochures, service manuals, and owners manual. Almost 400hp with 562 ft. lbs. of torque...yes it will scoot. My wife passed away and I have no interest in keeping it....rare car....starting as a very reasonable price with no reserve....bid to own.......On Jun-28-17 at 13:40:38 PDT, seller added the following information: I do have this item listed locally, thus ending auction if sold.On Jul-01-17 at 21:08:20 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had several inquiries about driving the car home instead of shipping via trailer, etc.....I would highly recommend hauling the vehicle simply because it hasn't been road tested for over a year. only put a handful of miles on it last year around town....been sitting for several months in garage....It ran well the little I had it out, however it hasn't been up to highway speeds. It also has the issue with tail lights/brake lights not working. Just my opinion, I would trailer it until everything was checked out, but use your own judgement.
