This is a 1995 VOLVO 940 Base Wagon. Needs nothing, drive anywhere with confidence.160K miles, can easily go another 100K without problems. 25 mpg on regular gas. Well maintained, originally the family car of the Blackstone Estate on Lake Geneva. Recent service includes, rebuilt transmission, tires, alignment, brakes, rotors, exhaust, shocks, water pump, belts, hoses, fluids, wires, sparkplugs and battery. Seats are like new. Holds a lot of stuff, especially with the rear seat folded down flat. Also features a factory engine block heater and a class I hitch with a 1 7/8" ball for towing light trailers. Offered with an in dash CD radio receiver, not installed, with wire plug adapters, easy installation. There is the original am/fm/cassette player currently in the dash. The referenced accident in Autocheck was the result of being rear ended at a stop light (minor impact), such that there was no damage to the Volvo since the other car impacted the attached frame mounted trailer hitch. The Volvo was examined by a dealer for damage, but none was found. There are really only two owners of this Volvo, the Blackstone Estate and our family. Owner # 2 & #3 are my son and myself, as we exchanged ownership.This is overall a Great Car! Perfect student car, safe and practical! Rare model, hard to find! No regrets.
