2014 FIAT 500L LoungeI purchased this car new for my wife to commute with and she has loved every mile in the FIAT. I'm shocked by the number of people who stop to comment on the car and how many people assume FIAT's are expensive because they are European. I've always had the vehicle serviced at the FIAT dealer and kept the car garaged. My wife and I are non-smokers and have no children. I do my best to keep the car clean and free from defects. Only know damage is very small curb rash on one wheel (see photos). Other than this small flaw the car is in outstanding. Paint is always kept clean and waxed. Wheels are waxed after every wash. Interior leather is spotless. Just had the 32,000 miles service performed at FIAT of Scottsdale. The car needs nothing but a new owner. No stories, no disappointments. If you are shopping FIAT's you know Lounge is the top trim level. This 500L is loaded with rare Mocha Latte paint including the white roof option (which keeps the car extra cool in the summer). This package also includes upgraded 17" aluminum wheels with white accents, as well as chrome door mirrors, chrome exterior door handles, and chrome exhaust tip. The car features two-tone interior with Black and Tan leather all kept in like new condition. The cockpit features full instrumentation and trip computer, as well as controls on the steering wheel for voice command (phone or nav), cruise control, and fingertip audio controls for volume and station selection on the backside of the wheel. Both driver and passenger will enjoy the dual zone climate control and heated seats. Feel free to bring everything with you as there are plenty of storage cubbies in the doors, dash, center armrest, and two-gloveboxes built into the dash. I've owned a variety of cars but none do the tech and infotainment as well as this FIAT. I ordered the car with the upgraded FIAT U-Connect system which features the large touchscreen with navigation, XM Sirius stereo, full iPhone integration for music & calls with USB & Aux inputs, as well as a built in back-up camera with proximity sensors. The navigation works especially well compared with other cars I've owned. You can charge all your devices with the USB and 12V ports and even plug a laptop or other gear into the residential style 120V outlet. The FIAT 500L has room for 5 or can be configured to carry large items by utilizing the split flip-and-fold rear seats. You will be amazed at how much gear the back of this FIAT can swallow. In the back you'll also find storage cubbies built in to both sides as well as additional underfloor storage. The original and unused "tool kit" which consists of tire pump and sealant is under the floor as well as the FIAT front license plate bracket which can be utilized if your state requires a front license plate. The Twin-Air Turbo engine puts out 160 HP and 184 LB-FT of torque through a 6-speed automatic transmission. The engine is very peppy, especially when the turbo kicks-in. I've been surprised by the performance of this car. It gets around town very well and cruises on the highway easily with plenty of power to pass slower traffic when needed. Fuel economy is very good too averaging about 25 city and closer to 35-40 on the highway. Front wheel drive along with ABS brakes and traction control keep things safe along with more airbags than I can count. I've done my best to explain the car and it's features. Photos show the outstanding condition of the car. I would not hesitate to drive this car cross-country. Fly in and drive it home. Fully loaded the sticker price in 2014 was over $27,000. Now is your chance to own a well cared for example for much less than half of what I paid for the vehicle new. The auction does have a low reserve to protect me from eBay outages or glitches but whoever wins this auction will be getting a lot of car for the money.
