I have been working on these since they were brand new.Back in 1975 At age 14 I used to assemble this exact model out of the box at the local Honda dealer. Since then I have owned a few of them and we have been working on these for our customers for over 35 years.On 1-24-17 I personally did all the storage revival work on this green one.This is what I did to it:Rebuilt the carburetor with new gaskets and installed a new Honda rubber tip floatneedle. I rebuilt the clutch, changed the head gasket, cleaned and adjusted the ignition points.I also replaced the battery, spark plug, plug cap, changed the oil and adjusted the valves.I also adjusted the carburetor settings so that it starts first kick every time hot or cold.I cleaned up some wiring connections and got all the lights and turn signals to work.All except for the hi/ low beam switch is broke so it is stuck on high beam.The glass on the headlight beam is also cracked but as shown in the video it does still work.The seat was recovered about a year ago and it looks very nice.The paint is rather fair for a 1975 original.I find no oil leaks, no engine noise and no smoking.This is a fun little green machine that needs nothing mechanically but could use some cosmetic help. As seen in the pictures there are no real bad rust issues but some minor spotsthat you might expect for a bike 42 years old. TITLE We have the clear title, shown in the last picture. I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV. I am also a licensed vehicle verifier. If you are in California then I will also collect the sales tax of 7.75% plus $15.00 registration fee plus a document preparation charge of $85.00. I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail. You will not stand in line at the DMV and there will be no surprises. If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax.
