This is the documentary find of Ford F100 Big Window # F10V6R43921 Owned & only been registered to the Original Owner, been off the road since the 1970's. Proud to present to you this 1956 Ford F100 Custom Cab BIG Window Short bed All Original "Survivor" Factory 272 V8 Automatic A super rare find here in Los Angeles, sitting behind the original owners homehidden away from the public eye. Original owner passed away in the 70's leaving it to his son (Johnny) who end up passing it to son (Ron, the original owners grandson).Video Below Captures there most memorial stories This original Big Window has spent its entire life in Los Angeles. Yellow California Plates to Black Plates. Still has the original pink slip with the address where it has remained all these years. Never been advertised or even thought about selling it. Unexpected life changes came to the conclusion it was time for someone to bring it to good use. Sitting since over 40 years - 20 year in back of the garage & the last 20 years in front of the garage. Remains mostly all original, never to been restored or taken apart. Original color Light Blue with one repaint. Factory 272 V8 2 barrel 3 Speed Automatic, drivetrain is stock. After sitting for so many years, we decided to start the old truck. We removed/clean the gas tank. new fuel lines, new fuel pump & rebuilt the carburetor. She started right up & idles - Engine sound well. Not ready to be driven, brakes completely need to be gone thru, replace all the hoses, etc. We replaced whatever was left out of the tires with roller tires which the truck does roll. Solid original panels Ford. Little rust on the passenger & driver side drip rails. Clean corners of the cab & bed. The original wood in the bed is long gone. Has the original wheels & 3 Ford center caps ( one missing). Had it washed & took out all the dirt from sitting that long. Truck has a patina that many try to duplicate. Very cool looking and we wanted to keep that look, so we had it clear coated.
