Vehicle Detail
This is a real original survivor numbers matching True WS23-L 1967 Dodge Cornet R/T 440 HP with Factory Air conditioning, Power steering, Automatic transmission with factory tach and shows 39k miles. Original numbers matching L code 4 barrel 440 / 375 High performance "RB"engine. 727 torqueflite transmission, Axle-2.94:1 (8.75) with Dual exhaust. California built. Clean dry from Phoenix AZ all its life and has all original body panels. Looks to have never had undercoating or damaged. This car is 50 years old and pretty much unmolested. Paint shows 50 years of patina. I rebuilt the carb, changed all the fluids, bled the brakes and put a new set of Red Streak classics on it. Runs, drives and sounds great. Car shows 39k miles. I have no way to verify but that's what I was told when I bought it. Car is sold as miles exempt. I bought the car a while back from the nephew of the lady that bought it new in Phoenix AZ. Car would need restoration to be perfect. I like it the way it is. Please ask all questions before bidding. All sales final and of course a 50 year old car is sold as is. Don't let this one get away. Now is your chance to get a true WS23-L 440 R/T. This was the original Road Runner. Dodge called it a Road Runner in their advertising in 1967. Plymouth took the name in 1968 and you know the rest of the story. Great piece of unmolested history. The "Buy it now" price is what I'm asking. The "opening bid" is my bottom dollar.
