1963 ford galaxie 500 ----- this ford is all original except for the interior where the previous owner years ago changed the bench seat for the 1963 XL bucket seats and console -- this car is a not an XL -- it came from the factory as a galaxie 500 fastback hardtop-- the interior needs to be redone ( i do not have the bench seat ) ----- other than this the car is all original 100% --- totally rust free -- surface rust only - there is a small spot in the trunk a few inches long that would need repair --- the underside has no rot whatsoever - all solid ---- the exterior of the car is all original including paint --(this car sat inside for 20 yrs or more in fresno ca - a barn find ) all the chrome is good - no pitting -- all the trim is on the car -- doors open and close very solid --- the engine is a 289 with a 3-speed transmission --- the engine has not been run in at least 20 years and missing a dist.-battery - radiator ( look at pics ) it turns over freely --- the clutch has good petal and there is a 3 speed shifter in the floor console -- the brakes work fine -- all the glass is in good condition -- one small stone chip in windshield - no wiper marks --- THATS ALL - this is rare to find one this original ----- thanks for the interest -- if you have any other questions call 7024013344
