You are bidding on a 4 speed overdrive transmission for an Austin Healey 100, BN-2. This is the 4-speed transmission, not the 3-speed that came in the earlier BN-2. When I bought my 56 BN-2, the transmission came with the sale. All the parts I have listed on EBay were from the donor car so I am not sure exactly whether the transmission is good or not. The extra plates in the photo go with the engine block which is listed elswhere on EBay. My reserve has been set very low so bid away. Please realize it will be "pick up" only as the cost of shipping the transmission anywhere would be too high!On 17-Mar-17 at 18:05:09 EDT, seller added the following information: Please note, this transmission came with my car when I bought it. It appears the transmission is a BN-1, 3-speed according to many who have reached out - thank -you! I alsao understand they can be converted to the 4-speed with little effort. Again, it appears this tranny is a BN-1 tranny, not s aBN-2! My apologies!
