2001 BMW X5 4.4i awd in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Color: BlackMileage: 195757This vehicle has been owned and maintained 10+ years by a master mechanic who owns his own automotive business. We are downsizing the number of our vehicles to simplify our life (new years resolution). Engine/Transmission are in excellent functioning condition. There is no check engine light on - the only light is for the brake fluid. For those of you who know about BMW's of this series there were problems with the timing chains breaking due to wear on the guides - the guides HAVE been replaced in this vehicle to prevent that scenario from happening. The tires are blizzarks and in great condition. Few repairs are needed: 1) Windshield has a crack 2) Rear brake line needs to be replaced (This means that if you are coming from afar to purchase this you will need to tow it to your home or choice shop). For a more experienced driver or someone familiar with mechanical functions additional brake fluid will allow you to carefully drive somewhere close by OR we can replace the rear brake line for you for $200 (that includes the part as well) 3) Link on passenger door has popped off so the door panel will need to be removed to relink the handle (easy fix) and the external handle on the rear driver's side will need to be replaced (pulled when icy) (28 dollar fix). The interior is in excellent condition with no stains. Wood paneling is intact and in excellent condition. The leather has been cared for and has no rips or cracks.
