I am the 2nd owner of this loaded 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ 4x4. I purchased certified pre-owned in 2010 with 44,000 miles. I have no kids, so the 2nd and 3rd row are mint. The second row is a full bench. This super clean Tahoe has every option that was available at the time and is in tip top mechanical condition. My family owns a car wash and quick lube, so if anything the maintenance intervals have been less than recommended. I had the stock 20 inch aluminum wheels powder coated black 3 years ago. It has a 2 inch leveling kit to eliminate the stock stance with the rear being higher than the front. The side trim and all the badging was removed as well as all the chrome swapped out for black to get a clean monochrome look. The running boards were removed because I found they only collected dirt and detracted from the overall look of the vehicle. I believe I might have them in my warehouse. All the glass is good, all rear windows have deep tint. The interior is black leather and it has a power moon roof. It also has factory remote start that turns on the front seat heaters when it's cold. The 2nd row has rear audio and climate controls as well as heated seats. It has the top of the line stock stereo/navigation system/backup camera with rear seat DVD screen as well as factory remote start. The stereo will play CDs and DVDs plus it has an auxiliary input and SiriusXM satellite radio. The interior is very clean, with no damage except as noted on the dashboard crack. The engine is a 5.3L and oil has been changed every 3000 miles or less. The transmission has been flushed at least twice since I bought it in 2010. The Tahoe comes with a factory hitch/trailering set up. I towed maybe 5 times with it. Carfax will show a very minor accident that apparently occurred in February of 2010. This prior to my ownership, but there is absolutely no lasting effects. According to my contacts in the car business and law enforcement, it is not unusual for accidents with little to no damage to still be reported by law enforcement. This Tahoe is has been intermittently garage kept and has never been smoked in. This super nice ride needs a new owner and could be a great Uber or Lyft car. Email me with any questions. I hate to see it sit around, but have a lot of contacts in the car industry and I know that 2008 Tahoes wholesale regularly with less options and more miles (130K+) at Manheim Auctions (and others) for $14-15k. This truck is worth $17k+ bone stock with more wear and tear according to KBB.com and other sites. Dealers are selling 2008 Tahoes like this one for $20K+ and making tons of money holding back points on the on the interest rate/financing etc. Save yourself money and aggravation buying direct from someone who truly cared about this vehicle and took great care of it. One other note about road salt. I own a commercial snow removal business and am well aware of the harsh effects road salt has on vehicles in this area. My plow trucks and salters get eaten alive by it. My personal vehicles never see the road during or immediately after a storm for this reason. Even if, for some strange reason, they did; they're right at the family car wash immediately after. I would like the SUV picked up within 7 days. Seller reserves the right to sell the vehicle by other means and cancel this auction with no warning. A sale to a different party may be made up until the time a deposit is received, at which time the vehicle will be held for 3 days. After 3 days, if the vehicle is not paid for in full, the seller reserves the right to keep the deposit and sell the vehicle to another party. If more time is needed than 3 days, it may be permitted on a case by case basis and if so must be agreed to in writing (via email) by both parties prior to the forfeiture of the deposit on day 4 following the auction's end.
