This Big Block is finished in Cranberry Red over a correct Black interior with Black stripes. Build sheet shows this Chevelle still has its correct, original engine, transmission, and rear end. This Big Block Chevelle was originally sold through the dealer in Blairsville PA to its first registered owner who kept the car until 1974. It was sold to the second owner with 28,000 miles. The second owner then kept this Chevelle until just a few years ago, until sold to its third owner here in the Boston area. The Red paint on this Chevelle is in great condition, and the Black interior is very correct and in excellent shape. No signs of rust or accident damage. Mechanically sorted, recent servicing, and everything works. Original owners manual, and other documentation included. Engine work: Compression and leak down test, replaced camshaft, lifters and timing set, rear main seal. New fuel pump, valve covers, spark plugs and distributor, wiring checked and repaired. New starter. New camshaft, broken in, timing set and carburetor tuned. New exhaust manifolds. New gaskets and seals. Replaced all transmission bearings synchros. Suspension/ Brakes/ Steering Replaced rear upper and lower control arms, bushings, shocks, rear sway bar, front upper and lower control arms, springs, shocks, bushings, and sway bar links. Replaced brake master cylinder, vacuum booster and hold off valve. Replaced power steering box, power steering lines, and steering pump brackets.
