ALL JIS cover screws were replaced with OEM HONDA screwsAlternator stator checked goodALL aluminum covers had scratches removed and then hand polishedValves clearances setIntake and exhaust valves and seats were in excellent condition. Ground valves and seats. Guide and valve clearance was excellent except one intake valve was slightly out of tolerance. Replaced both with new parts. Carburetors rebuilt with new floats and jets installedDyna S electronic ignition, new coils, new spark plug wires and NGK spark plugs installed for reliability and little to no maintenance. Starts on first crank or kick.Frame, Wheels, Brakes, Fenders and Swing ArmFrame professionally stripped and powder coatedFrame was checked and verified for straightnessWheel rims cleaned and polished with new tires and tubes installedFront and rear brakes were cleaned. Both drums and shoes are still within new limits.
