Just purchased this VW Van yesterday, purchased from a person that was relocating, and he wanted to see it go to a good home. I would like to see someone that would enjoy spending some time bringing it up to its potential. I have taken a ton of pictures to show the good and the bad of this van. I believe the speedometer to be correct, but as with any auto that is 35 years old cannot guarantee anything. Nothing is missing to my knowledge, it appears to have NO broken glass or windows, I have not seen much visible rust, other than what is shown in pictures, It was last registered in California in October of 2016. Please bid as you are buying what you see in the pictures, there is no warranty expressed or implied. If buyer needs some time to pick it up, I could have it towed from my home to a professional, safe, fenced, locked, storage yard, and buyer would need to pay me for the storage fee till picked up. Approximately $25.00 per month, i would pay for the towing to storage yard.... Previous owner drove this van from California to Klamath Falls, Oregon when something happened to the engine, he put it on a trailer the final hundred miles, parked in a garage and never repaired it. He stated it could be started, but was unsure what the problem is...Please bid accordingly.
