This is a very well kept 944 Turbo. I am the third owner and the older gentleman who owned it before me owned it for the vast majority of its life. It is easy to tell just by looking at the interior that this car was very well maintained. This is my second 944 so I knew what to look for when I bought it. When I purchased it I was impressed that the normal wear points like the shifter and driver side bolsters looked absolutely amazing. The dashboard on this car is not even cracked and honestly looks almost as good as new (I tried to capture this in the picture). In the couple of years that I have owned it, I have replaced the timing belt and water pump, engine mounts, exhaust, wheel bearings, front fuel lines, radiator, hood insulation, fuel pressure reg, thermostat, all fluids, rubber grommet / boot below power steering res, power steering res and clamp, upgraded to Porsche Original Fuch wheels - not reproductions- about a $3500 premium, and new tires. The tires are still like new. I wasn't planning on selling this car and eventually wanted to get it to the point to concourse it but such is life. The only thing that still needs to be done is an AC recharge. The car runs and sounds great. I actually like it better than some of the mid 2000 911's. It qualifies and currently has an antique plate on it. I'm a PCA member and I'd really like it to go to a Porsche enthusiast who will keep it as original as possible.
