1991 Mercedes Benz 300SL...Triple black (exterior paint, leather interior, soft top) V-6 engine...odometer reads 127,858 but it is inoperable as is the tachometer.. Selling as TMU (true mileage unknown). Paint has a few blemishes but is overall very presentable with glossy paint. No rust at all and the fit and finish are good.Trunk lid has incorrect 500SL emblem (that's the way I purchased it). Leather interior has wear on driver's seat back and passenger seat bottom otherwise in good condition. Soft top is power but is not functioning but does go up and down manually and is in very poor condition. A new black soft top is included uninstalled. Hard top does not match paint scheme of car but is correct for the year. Rear glass is cracked but otherwise it is in good condition. Carpets are in good condition for it's age. Power windows operate properly. Tires are all in good road worthy condition. Recently have been experiencing a hesitation thus replaced both fuel pumps and fuel filter but the hesitation still exists. The car has a separate ON/OFF switch located inside the gas lid to function the fuel pumps. The previous owner installed it to prevent theft but I think it could be part of the problem. This car needs some mechanical repairs but has great eye appeal. It is tagged until 5/17 in the State of Delaware and has been my weekend driver. Selling "AS IS" "Where Is" with the buyer arranging local pickup/shipping in Smyrna, Delaware. Clear Delaware title.
