Selling my 1996 Mercedes Benz C280 with transmission problem. Please read carefully. I've owned the car for 10 years. I am the second owner. Clean title and no accident Carfax report. BAD: 1. Mechanical: Engine leaks coolant and Transmission does not shift from 2 to the 3rd or 4th gear. 2. Interior: Passenger side front seat leather is damaged. 3. Audio: Radio face does not look good but has amazing sound quality with Bose speakers. CD changer skips. No antenna matt. Antenna motor is fine GOOD: New Radiator and hoses less than 4 months New AC compressor less than two months (Denso) Newer Water pump Newer front Brake rotors and pads Central vacuum pump just replaced Registration till Jan 2018 Body and paint look great for the age Tires are good. Engine works real smooth. SMOG is done. Car is in Fullerton, California and is sold "As Is". Local pick up only.On Jan-05-17 at 00:14:28 PST, seller added the following information: THESE ITEMS ARE ALSO RECENTLY CHANGED: ENGINE FAN BEARING, BELT, IDLER PULLY, WINDSHEILD WASHER PUMP, ALTERNATOR, OIL, AIR & CABIN FILTERS. CAR HAS A STRONG BATTERY AND AS MENTIONNED AC COMPRESSOR AND RADITOR BOTH ARE BRAND NEW AND OF HIGH QUALITY BRANDS.
