Don't miss out on your chance to get a great project car! I am selling my 1966 Ford Mustang convertible. It has the 200ci 6 cyl engine with automatic transmission. I have been the owner since 1999. It was located in GA and SC, then spent a summer/fall being driven in VA and was parked before the roads started getting salted for the winter. I have a clean VA title in hand. The car runs, but the fuel line from the tank is clogged. The engine can be run when an alternate fuel supply is connected to the pump. I have done this to move the vehicle recently, and can do to load it on a trailer. The carburetor is in need of a rebuild, but the engine still runs in the meantime, though poorly when in gear. There is a good bit of body work that needs to be done. It needs a new top (but the power frame works) and floor pan, and several trim items need to be fixed up. There frame and panels do not have major rust issues that I have noticed. The original engine is installed and was rebuilt at 138K miles, and now has 153K miles total. The alternator and radiator were also replaced at that time. The battery and starter are new. The blower motor doesn't turn on. The rear brake lines and cylinders have been replaced somewhat recently (and the master cylinder if I remember right). I also have the precut and flared lines that go to the front brakes. The brakes feel fairly soft right now, and likely just need to be bled and topped off (didn't check the level). If I get time this week, I'll try and bleed them. Included is the boot cover (missing a snap, but still secure while driving), a seat belt kit for the front seats, and an aftermarket JVC AM/FM/tape radio that fits in the stock location. Current radio isn't working, don't know if it's the radio or speaker. I also have vintage black/white 1966 plates that can be used to register it in VA. I have the full service manual for the car, but can't include it at this time as it's packed away.
