This vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. It is a voluntary repossession, please read the description so that you know exactly what you're buying. The right front window operates slowly and makes a crunching noise, it was hard to get it to go back up, so don't open that window until you get it fixed (replace bad window regulator to fix). All of the other windows worked fine. The tires are only a few thousand miles old. All 4 tires look like new. The engine intermittently misfires. Most of the time it runs smooth but I did feel the misfire several times in the 30 minutes that I drove it. The check engine light was on when we received the car. The codes in the computer were #1 P0306 cylinder 6 misfire. #2 P0491 secondary air injection system insufficient flow bank 1 #3 p0492 secondary air injection system insufficient flow bank 2 The air injection pumps fail frequently on Audi. There is an electric fan that blows fresh air into the Exhaust system to help the catalytic converter burn off unburnt fuel when the car is first started while it's cold in the morning. Air injection codes are commonly found when the air injection fan fails. This will not effect the cars performance in any way. It will drive exactly the same with or without a good air injection fan. It's a simple pollution control device, it serves no other purpose. The misfire cause must be diagnosed but many times it could be caused by a bad coil, bad injector, or bad sparkplug. You must diagnose and repair these problems on your own. This is a volentary Repo, I just describe them and sell them. I do not put any time or money into fixing repossessions. I have them lightly cleaned and sell them as they are just the way I get them. I spend hours listing, and describing them. I take lots of pictures and I disclose everything that I see. The car drives very well it drives straight and it is quite fast. It sounds great and the transmission shifts very smooth as it should. The interior is in nice shape with minimal wear. There are several small dents on the outside. I took pictures of them all. The add oil light is on but the oil is full. I checked the level my self and it was 100% full. There is an oil level sensor that is located on the bottom of the oil pan. This level sensor goes bad quite often on Audi's. You can buy the level sensor on eBay very cheaply. It's easy to install I've changed them on many Audis in the past. The low windshield washer fluid light is on. I assume the fluid is low. I did not check the level. The low fuel light is on and the fuel is low. The gauge seemed to work fine and read accurately. The hood would not stay open on its own. The hood is held up by a rod like a shock. It needs to be replaced. They sell for less than a hundred bucks and you can easily install it yourself. The radio plays well. The CD player does not easily eject disks. Sometimes you can't get them to come out. Neither license plate light is working. The license plate lights light up the plate at night so the police can see your plate #. There are 2 lights there and neither are working. There is a chip in the paint on the roof near the top of the windshield. I took a picture of that as well. This vehicle is not Maryland inspected. Maryland resident you will be responsible for the cost of inspection and all needed repairs deemed necessary by the state inspector that you take it too. Maryland residents can not be issued a temp tag on non inspected vehicles, Maryland residents will need to have it transported to an inspector at their expense. Please all buyers read the terms and conditions section regarding registration fees license plates and dealer processing. Non Maryland residents can be issued a 60 day temp tag.
