It starts but will only run while pushing the gas. It will not idol smoothly. It will not make it home! It has a misfire and also an engine knock. A master mechanic has already determined that the vehicle needs a new engine. All 4 tires have low tread and require replacement. There is a dent on the lower part of the front bumper in the center of it. The windshield is broken. The cost of a new windshield is $165 installed (incase you were wondering). There is rust on the step bars. They are not broken and you can still step into the vehicle using them. The frame and rocker panels are clean and there are no rust holes under the truck. The drivers side window doesn't work (bad window regulator). All of the other windows work. THE DRIVERS SEAT IS TORN THE STEERING WHEEL IS WORN. The interior is dirty but it will clean up very nicely. Temps here have been mostly bellow freezing so I can not clean this truck up. This is how it will be sold. The truck was a great running truck before the engine went bad according to the original owner. Either rebuild this engine or install a used or new one and enjoy for years to come.
