I'm selling my 1987 Chevy Silverado. I have been driving it as my shop truck. The truck runs and drives excellent. The truck has been lowered and sits great. It drives very smooth, no funny noises, No rough riding or bouncing. no bottoming out or rubbing in the steering at all. Its a pleasure to drive. The truck is a completely solid southern truck with zero rust issues or signs of any previous rust repair. Its As solid underneath as it is on top. Rockers, floors, cab corners, body, bed and frame are all rock solid and excellent. Paint is old, faded, chipped and scuffed here and there. there is a ding on the drivers door (see pic). I always keep it waxed and do not drive it in the winter. This is a great honest old truck. The engine always starts right up and runs great. I am fairly certain it is a 350, but I do know some had 305s. I believe this is also the first year for fuel injection. The Transmission shifts smooth and crisp. Mechanically the truck is great. The brakes are excellent as well. Interior is very nice aside from the cracked dash pad. Bench seat is in like new condition, The carpet is nice but faded, door panels are very nice. Power windows function but move slow. Wheels are professionally powder coated and refurbished to better than new. Tires are about 95% only around 300 miles on them.
