Clean title in hand. **There is a squeak upon stopping which my auto-mechanic says, "...is the control arm bushing... where it mounts in the frame is completely rotted away... so it'll need a sub-frame assembly." Rear door/back hatch has some issues - glass pan will open with key but gate requires a lever pull inside door. Horn does not work, easy fix.
