1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD Truck I am selling a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. It has a 5.2 L gasoline engine and automatic transmission. It has 4WD that works great and about 151,800 miles. This truck starts and runs great but it also needs a lot of work that I don't have the time or ability to do anymore. I have not investigated all of the issues in a lot of detail so I am not sure how much needs to be fixed or replaced; for this reason I am selling the truck as is. This is a good beater truck if you're looking for something old and cheap to fix up a little to use for high-wear work projects, or for parts. Front tires are very worn and almost bald. Rear tires are almost new with a lot of tread (probably about 3,000 miles on them - see pic). Rear brakes need replaced. Speedometer and odometer do not work. No air conditioning. A lot of rust and wear on sides and bottom of truck and rear bumper - can be seen in pictures. Either needs alignment or work on the steering/suspension parts. I had to replace the driver side door lock so it takes a separate key to unlock that door. Passenger door and ignition both still use original key. I have replaced the fuel pump, the front wheel hubs, the sway bar, and the headlight switch since I've had the truck. It has a full size spare tire under the bed but no working jack. I am also including a replacement left side mirror and a new window visor rain guard for the right side that I never put on. I am asking $1400 OBO for it.
