Hello, You are viewing my 1976 xjc6 coupe showing only 76,624 miles.I purchased this car 4 months ago from the son of a Jaguar collector, that has passed.The story that the son told me was that his father purchased the car from the 2nd owner about 6 years ago. His father drove the car for six months and then parked it. He was going to do a light restoration, change the dash, replace the headliner, change hoses and tune the car. And then he became ill and passed away (a second dash and many other parts are included with the car). When I purchased the car 4 months ago, it was stored in a heated garage.The body is very flat, and straight with excellent gaps.Floorboards and frame are very solid.Leather seats, interior, door panels and carpets are in very good original condition. The mechanics on the car appear to be in good condition. Since the car has sat for so long I did not drive it. I did start it on a auxiliary gas tank and the engine was very quite and it did not smoke (I would clean the gas tanks before I would connect them to the car). I was going to restore it but I switched my attention to a 66 e type coupe.Since the car has been sitting for such a long period it will need to be gone through just to make sure it is roadworthy. Included with the sale of the car is a clear Missouri title, hoses, interior parts, extra dash facia, interior parts, tune-up parts, and many more misalliances parts.
