Not a basket case but there is rust. Bought if from a family in East Texas that had owned the car for over 30 years and the title had been misplaced. Therefore it will come with bill of sale only. There are no front seats, no engine, and no trans, however the full rear folding seat and assembly are intact. The front glass has a little shading on the edges, but all the other glass is good.
