1946 Chevrolet 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck, two owner vehicle from the Sacramento California area. Previous owner purchased the truck in the early 70's. Nice original style pickup with great patina. Truck has a running 235 engine. New starter installed, but should be adjusted to start smoother. New brake cylinders and master cylinder kit have been installed. The truck was converted over to 12 volts during its lifetime, will need a new wiring harness for lights, speedo, etc to work properly. The overall body is good, although there are some dings and dents scattered throughout. The exterior surface rust adds a lot of character to the overall appearance. There are a couple of areas of rust thru inside the cab, and lower cab cowl area. Tires are good with new tubes and hub caps. Seat works well but does have an area on the passenger side that will need attention. The parking light lenses and metal tops are not attached but will be included in the purchase ( I can put these items in a box and store behind the back seat). I have not been able to drive the truck as the throttle linkage will need to be modified to correctly work with this engine. One exhaust manifold bolt will need to be repaired. Bed floor is missing and will need to be obtained. I have a large number of photos, if you are unable to see them please let me know and I can send you a link to them.
