You are bidding on an all original, un-restored 1980 Honda CBX 1000. This motorcycle was purchased from Whittier Honda on 10/31/1981 I am the original owner and have the original sales contract. I will include it with the sale of this beautiful motorcycle. The CBX has a fresh battery and starts right up. All electrical functions work as they should. This Honda comes with owner manual, tool kit, 2 keys, Honda tire pressure gauge, Honda cable lock, original sales contract, 1979 1980 1982 sales brochures and a Shoei front fairing. The fairing was installed by the dealer and I have removed it off the bike. This is a very rare MADE IN THE USA Honda CBX. Honda opened a manufacturing and assembly facility in Marysville, Ohio in 1980. Only 3150 CBX’s produced at this facility, making it much rarer than the other CBX’s manufacturing in Japan. The VIN label reads 'Made in USA of US and Japanese Parts
