*****SELLING WITH NO RESERVE*****so please be serious when bidding, you might own it !!!!!!!!!! 1957 FORD CONVERTIBLE FAIRLANE 500.....I recently found this car in a barn/garage...car was owned by a women who is 69 years young and the car was bought by her father for her on her16th birthday in 1963. Car was bought new then traded in 1963, that's when they bought it. I bought the car about 3 months ago, before that it has been in storage since 1971 but motor was run up until the mid 90's. Motor does turn over good and has good spark. I did not it have running myself but I think with a little TLC it would start and run. I am not sure what the motor is, maybe a 292 or 312, it is automatic with power steering. The car is completely original with good clean Pa. Title in my name. Will need complete gone over as far as the brakes, fuel system etc. 114,000 original miles. Body is pretty nice overall but does have some rust issue....real good frame. If serious please call me and can explain where and how bad. All glass is good, nice straight bumpers, all original wheels(is missing two hubcaps). Front of the floors all look good. Frame and all body mounts are good. There are two small holes in the trunk, rockers will need some repair and driver side qt. panel. But overall this is a really nice body for a 1957 ford conv.
