For sale is a 1963 Volkswagen Beetle barn find. The car is in good condition for that year. The body is solid and it's all original, exterior and interior. The car has the 6V 1200cc engine with all original parts except the carb and fuel pump. Many new parts. Has original seats and door panels. Floor pans are solid and they are they are the original ones. Only one major rusted area in the rear passenger panel. Other two other places with rust that need immediate attention; driver side heating channel and spare tire compartment; rear seat needs to be sewed together but the original upholstery could be used, just the stitches came out. Has pop-out windows, new tires and professionally restored wheels. Car comes with a title from 1965 tittle from, not sure if original owner, owners manual, sale documents and warranty documents from the sale date. Also included is the little metal key chain with the VIN engraved on it. The car runs good and handles very well. It will be a great restoration project. I just have too many other projects that need more attention before going overseas and hate seeing the 63 just sitting in my storage unit. I can send more pictures upon request.
